Im in the process of getting a refund from Orange. I told them that I had selected the Orange WAP GPRS profile but when I got my bill only a minimul amount was charged to the access pack, even though a lot of my GPRS was to wap sites like Esato.
They had also charged my 6 pounds per Meg instead of 3 pounds. Lucky I know about GPRS charges otherwise they would of got away with it.
I bet it wont be long before they scrap the Access packs due to the amount of complaints |

I agree, if they want people to take up data services, we need
an online 'Mb used this billing period' check, just like the 'minutes
remaining services'.
And it would'nt do any harm to flat rate all the data....

I heard about this 'access pack', is it true that you can only use sites that are linked from the orange directory on their wap site? because if so it is a waste of money. I use GPRS a lot and i think the value for money is pretty good anyway but i wanted to see if i could get a better deal.
