Anyone hear it?
I read about it in the Telecom magasine, but i have questions:
It have display, or the phone's (bluetooth compatible) diplay used for the MP3 tag's?
The headphones (a sony product) is good?

display on HBM30 might even show Caller ID...i think they mentioned it on their official press release.

I think the phone might not show the MP3 tag coz this mean your handsfree(HBM30) need to connect to the phone all time....this will decrease the handsfree's battery life and the phone stand by as well.

I wonder can the display use for SMS viewing....tht will be more interesting

well hbm30 didn't look like a cheap product from the very beginning.

it use memory stick duo, support atrac, mp3 etc etc.

plus bluetooth headset for sure won't be cheap.

Thats ok,but an MP3 player isnt cheap, and a bt headset is more expensive, and i hope, the HBM-30 is cheaper than an player+a headset.

Does anyone know when this will be available in the UK? I have had mine on order for months!
Also, is it going to implement Sony's irritating "Digital Rights Management"? I hope not.

digital management might only happen if you use atrac3

mp3 should be no problem....HBM30 play both and of course....no news when it will be out.

last heard from sonyericsson official site is somewhere in Q3.

Hmm, I don't know, at the moment the carphone warehouse have a sale on se items, including a bt headset for £50...http://www.carphonewarehouse.com/commerce/servlet/gben-ProductDisplay?make=&model=&prodid=null&ORDER=Personal+Handsfree+Units&ACTIONSELECT=&search=&PAGE=1&NEXT_LOCATION=gben-express-accessories-Accessories&NEXT_KEY=&ITEMID0=CvLiL1DCLWcEe_x2U&PRODDISPLAYPAGE=1&CATEGORY=ACCESSORIES&ITEMSELECTED=false&ISSELECTED=undefined

I would go for a seperate mp3 player - there are plently of them out there - the new Xclef HD-500 (20GB) for the same price or the I-bead 150 256MB Mp3 Player for £159

or even PenDrive Plus MP3 Player which is 128mb, twice the capacity of the se one, and you don't have to piss about with atrac then, either.
