failed upgrade now bluetooth won't work |

Moko in Hayes couldnt get my P800 in upgrade to the new software. They said it kept "failing".
Got the phone back, everything was still there and worked except now when I try to turn bluetooth on it hangs and the only thing I can do is reset the phone.
I guess the attempted update messed the bluetooth software up. Great. Got to try and find someone in W London who can DO the update now. |

I would initially call the service point and complain.
Did you sign any disclaimer (like the t68m one)?

They were going to send it off to SE but they said it would take 4 weeks. So I think I will send it to them directly to get the upate. Safer |
