Hi,

I was using Java MSN on my SE P800 and I was just wondering, it didn't connect to my GPRS. So how much is the pricing /min on it and where does that come from ?

Cheers!

It would have had to connect via GSM or GPRS, so whatever your normal call charges or data rates are.

There's no charge to actually use MSN other than this.

Is it charged as per mintues or how much I have downloaded ?

Coz if it is GPRS £2.55 / MB

But it doesn't says that it is connected to GPRS neither does the icon come up ?

So If I keep MSN on all day, will I get charged a bomb or depending on how much msg I sent ?

Is it considered a local call/ call accross network ?

If the little globe didnt appear its not making a connection to the internet via GSM or GPRS. I'm guessing that you've either got your P800 in the desk stand or connected via Bluetooth to your PC, and it is connected to the intermet.

If thats the case, it doesnt cost you anything

yeah I know

Less than a MB just now though !!

So u recon that P800 is a FLASHY phone ?

What do u guys this of Panasonic GD87 ? I was gonna upgrade to that but the P800 was actually cheap so I went for that instead...

U upgraded ur OS to the version yet ?

BTW, when I have disconnected my phone, my MSN doesn't seem to connect at all...

It keeps saying Connecting for ages and just says cannot connect thingy

Anyway, I have tried Orange WAP and Orange GPRS and Orange GPRS WAP settings and they all don't work... any ideas ?

Can view webpages okay
