hi i have done a master reset on the phone, and noticed that all of the games have been deleted (there are none on the list) but they still take up memory on the phone!
How can i remove the memory altogether, or get them back (if possible without another master reset!)

Try a 13 second reset then redo a normal master reset - to put it one way you probably can't break it any more
