Save for its uninspired styling the t610 would fit my criteria for an ideal phone.

but what is the ideal phone? when you have what you think is the ideal phone, what about the next phones? there is always a bigger and beter fish.

True, same goes for everything in life. Man, is by nature, insatiable. Our vision of the ideal would be of course tempered by what's available at a certain point in time.

How about a T68i with only the blue face plate retained and rid of all the white matter in front, taken over by a full front touch screen and a mini attachable keypad like the P800 with 65K TFT screen, symbian 7.0 and a built in VGA camera at the back, with biometric finger print security, supports any sound files as ringtones and most importantly an expansion slot for memory duo
maybe it's still considered demanding for now, but hail! it won't be far for sure!
Look at the SX1, it's almost there, except for the symbian 6.0, no touch screen and weird keypad
Please SE......

Something like Tel.me t918 or t919i.

But from another, reliable company - I don't really know anything about telme and its products.
& with a better design - it should be beautiful...
