I have just changed provider from Vod to O2 - and O2 are telling me I can not have GPRS & MMS enabled at same time- that I have to choose which one I want? This can NOT be the case. Can it?
Does anyone have the settings for p800 with o2 email? ( using Btopenworld.com(pop3) and vodafone.net(wenmail) for my email )

You can only use MMS when you have GPRS on therefore whoever said you can only have one or the other isn't right. Which is typical of O2 (excludes Jalu).

Both of you are (kinda) wrong.

Previously it was only possible to have access to either Mobileweb GPRS, or MMS exclusively. The services were not available simultaneously due to a billing problem.

As of March 1st 2003, both services are avilable at the same time, but only if you manage to speak to someone sensible, it seems the information has not been explained to all O2 Online agents.

To get mine sorted, I had to escalate my problem to O2 Online Complaints in Manchester.
