Is there a way to change my backlight i think its burn out...
the left side of my screen is dimmer then the right...i can be clearly be seen...
but sometimes the light work just fine..
so i was wondering can the backlight be change???

Try testing it in the service tests (>*<<*<*) with LED/illumation to see if its working right. (thats if its a t68)

no my backlight left my screen is so call burnout...
it seems dim but not totally no light is like a old lightbulb
but the 1 on the right is working fine.
but i can clearly be seen that the 1 on the left is darker

they say that they dont hav the tool to fix it...they say is not like a change of led...its more like the light on a monitor
the nearest service centre is in singapore....that where my sis is
since my mom won't be going over so i will hav to wait....
due to the virus sars....
but now i just want to know if can it be fix????
if cannot is no use asking my mom to bring it over

Did you contact SE in your area and they explained that this was the only service area? I know here in the states there is only one, and i think its in the midwest of the states, which now meens i must mail it off and wait a week or two for it to be returned. (this was for updates on my firmware on my t300) but i think im gonna pass untill i find a better solution to updating the firmware, a local store, or a do it yourself attempt.

1st of all Thx for all ur guys info. There is nö service centre here coz i live in east malaysia. And the service centre is in the west that an ocean apart. But i got this phone form singapore from my sis. Is great to hear that it can be fix Thx to the last 2 guy who posted here. If i were to send there is a 60 or more percent that my phone wont be back.
