my phone is very slow in overall operations and browsing of menus and placing calls. Anyone else have this same problem, any fixes?
also 1 of every 3 out going calls goes through the following process.
first attempt to call shows the status bar continuosly going forever until i press end.
second attempt yields a couple beeps and then a return to main screen.
third attempt goes through
this is annoying me, anyone have the same problem or know of any fixes. Do i have old software, it is not my carrier(tmobile) b/c friends on the same network with same phone don't experience this. help anybody |

You might have to call SEs 800 number for that since I don't think they have local service points that you can go to. And I don't think T-Mobile does software upgrades either.

SE will charge if you want your FW upgraded. If you've had the phone for less than a year and is the orignal onwer of the phone send it in complaining 'bout the sluggish performance of your phone that is a warranty repair. They will upgrade your FW you pay for shipping and in week they send your phone back. |

Please keep us informed. My T68i from AT&T has now started acting funny this week and is selectively allowing me to make and receive calls now. AT&T is sending me a replacement (my 2nd replacement since January) and I hope this solves the problem. |

T-Mobile sends refurbs back. I went through 4 of them so far. The most recent one worked longest. One wouldn't even accept a battery.
Their customer service is good - if you are a corporate customer, use corp. customer care, and don't be afraid to call your assigned account exec. (who effectively bought me a new T68i )
