Anyone else having this problem? te clock frequently (every few days) goes back an hour for no reason at all. I'm sure it's going to make me be late for some important appointments soon! Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks |

Hi
I had the same problem! Have you tried to check off one of the checkboxes for summertime, after you press "Summertime" button in the "Set Time & date" menu option in "Time" ???

thanks for the help. I went into the "Summertime" options and no boxes were checked. So I checked the box for Europe - not sure if that will make a difference but I'll have to see. |

No it is probably caused by syncing. Do not sync your time also, you can unmark this somewhere down at the little icon on the taskbar. |

I disagree. Sync'ing the time works fine for me.
Why disable this excellent option rather than fixing the actual problem!?

I had the same problem, I turned off the syncing, and it hasn't lost an hour since. |

The timezone on your computer and your phone are not identical - so when you do sync (With sync time selected), it will incorrectly sync time.
Make sure both your computer and your phone are using the same timezone and that daylight savings time is also correct on both. |

I had the same problem. Its appears to be if you have daylight saving set on your PC and not on your phone then you lose the hour. Make sure that you have daylight saving turned on both PC and the phone. Hope this helps.
