This is the P-800 everyone is talking about right now.
You cant compare it to the T-68.
P-800 weight is 158 g
height 11,7
width 5,9
depth 2,7
Its approx. the same size as 7650.
Look at the pther topics in the forum, on P-800.

Hi fellows,
the P800 SE is bigger and heavyer than the 7650 Nokia, at least it will be here before the P800, Iīm waiting for it,and I will decide T68m upgraded to T68i, or if it donīt work a T68i or 7650 and end of the year ........maybe P800. Ouf...
Hard decision to make, but I will stay in my average a phone every 6 month... |

Yeah! P800 has 158g with the keyboard but if you take it out it has 147g!
Dont even compare it to 7650 because it has 12MB VS 4MB of the 7650, the 7650 with the keyboard open itīs HUGE and to take a pic on the 7650 you have to open the slide and then showing everybody that your phone can take pics but also that itīs HUGE! P800 can do it all better and classier!
Definitly my next phone!
I hope it wonīt be a dissapointement like the T68 with all this upgrade problem!
Getting tired of this!

Yeah, but it has the benefit of being a Nokia - ie not released till it's quite decent, fast SMS, better user interfaces generall (although they're both Symbian based) and frankly not Swedish |

Youīre wrong again!
The new SE phones are built in Malasya!
Itīs widely known that if you are lucky you can get a Nokia phone that will work for lve and no problems, but if you are like the most people you will get some problem with your phone and Nokia will ahve your phone for months!
Iīm starting to be a little disapointed with SE but I donīt even consider ever buying a Nokia phone! I work in a mobile store and I know what Iīm talking about!

Well, the Nokia isnt "huge" when you carry it around,..its only when the keyboard is out in the open, and when operating the phone e.g. calling.
And at that stage it doesnt really matter if the phone is bigger. Its basically when you carry the phone around, that the size matters. And here they are pretty much the same.
Weight is also very much the same.
Still a bit to heavy to carry in the pocket, both of them.
The P-800 wins when talking features, no doubt about that. Design is another matter, and its individual. Some like it, and some dont.
Battery-standby ? I dont know about that part, probably not to good any of them

lets not forget that the P-800 is a trible band phone... And N7610 is only dual-band.
BTW Nokia are having a press release on next tuesday from the Cebit in Germany.
They might have some new cool phones as well, or maybe some new upgrades on the 7610 (ie. more memory and trible band)

I was refering to the Nokia bad assistence, thatīs because we have clientes that have Nokia phones in the repair centre for almost a year!
Yeah, youīre right, most of the people that work in mobile stores donīt know much, thatīs why I went to work in a mobile store!
Do you want better job that the one when you are new and you know far more that the people working there for years, even your boss?
Thatīs great believe me!
