A little difficult to convert polyphonic midi to imy, but I think it sounds pretty true to the original like this:
BEGIN:IMELODY
VERSION:1.2
FORMAT:CLASS1.0
NAME:Surinam
COMPOSER:
BEAT:50
STYLE:S0
VOLUME:V10
MELODY:#f4.#a5*5#c3*5#c3*5#d3*5#c3*5#f2*5#c3*5#d4.*5#c5#g3#a3b3*5#c3
#a2.#f4.#a5*5#c3*5#c3*5#d3*5#c3*5#f2*5f3*5#c4.#a5#g3*5#c3*5c3.
*5#d4*5#c2.#g4.#a5b3#a3b3*5#d3*5#c2#a3#g4.#a5b3#a3b3*5#d3*5#c2.
*5#c4.*5#c5*5#f3*5f3*5#d3*5#c3b2*5#c4*5#d3*5#d4*5#d4*5#c2*5#c3
b4#g4#f1
END:IMELODY
Copy the text from BEGIN to END and store it as .imy Then transfer it to your phone. Note that there should be no empty lines in your file, even if it looks like it here - just remove any empty lines.
