not working on mine either i wanted to wipe my memory duo and do a master reset to start from scratch but the format doesnt work wahts happening? |

Possible cause?
Ensure that no programmes you have installed on D are running on the P800 before trying to format. |

Same problem with me and same software version R1D

I tried looking at many other forms and discovered that it's a problem world-wide, i can't find a solution....
