I have a T68i,

is this cable + software, worth £27.50?
Is it of good quality? (sorry but i'm a bit new!)

It's Ok but you aint gonna send anything from the fone to the pc so bluetooth or IrDa's better.Both works in both directions.

Yes, this is very good one, with the charging function from USB. I recommend the newest version MA-8910P with program charger. The software is also very good...

my reccomendation is u can buy it only if u want to send only stuff to your phone- if u want to send from the phone u better buy irda or blootooth |

With the MA cable you can charge the phone battery from USB and use MA software. You cannot do this over bluetooth.
