GSMDirect.COM specialises in providing mobile telephone accessories. The company is owned by Metatech Limited and are based in Scotland.
As a previous customer of their's I feel obliged to provide a word of warning. Should you purchase a product which does not work then you might expect to receive inadequate technical support, compounded by appalling customer service. This is contrary to the information provided on their web site http://www.gsmdirect.com/inf/about.htm
I obtained a refund due to the intervention of the local trading standards office.

Maybe we should all gang together and pay Mr Dalglish a visit to break his legs until he provides good customer service but first lets see if there are any other disatisfied customers of this company but to ring you up and threaten to break your legs is not the sort of service most people come to expect.
