i am really sorry if this has already been resolved. i am not too good with pcs and realise i cannot install the standard software on the windows 98 pc i use seeing as it does not support it. is there any other software or methods of connecting to the p800 available??

Talk on the town says there'll be a new pc-suite, with win98 support, not sure when it'll be out though. |

i wish it would support it faster i have to transfer stuff to my laptop so i can upload stuff to my P800 and it takes long......

I'm in a similar position - my main home PC is running XP so all is well.
But my work laptop is running Win98 and it is this PC that I need to sync with! I moved over from a Nokia 7650 that could sync with Win98 to a P800 that can't, which surprised me somewhat.
This is my only complaint so far (that and the fact that my enforced airtime supplier isn't allowing GPRS yet!!). |
