I did a master reset, but I didn't know the 13 sec. trick, and all pre-installed was lost if I do it w/13trick it will back on or you know any way of where I can find all that preinstalled still have the space???
ohh and what means text labels on the service part, where you check the soft version.???

The 13 sec trick is to loose them, not to have them back. They should be back after normal master reset. [addsig]

Text lables are existing texts (preinstalled by the manufacturer) that appear on your screen in response to a certain event.

Example: label 'Optimized Charging' appears when you recharge your phone.
Lable 'Alien Battery' appears when you replace your battery by a non-SE battery and so on.

no it doesn't after a master reset all lost including config of wap etc. well, it's ok, I got used to it like that, one more thing, do you know how to change the pic of when you shutdown the of and sound, cuz I have the one of my provider and it really pi** of...thanks a lot

In menu Settings, choose display, you should be able to customize the greeting and such

By "preinstalled" i meant default pictures, ringtones and themes. Email setup, phonebook, wap profiles and data accounts will allways be deleted (unless u've got some customization on your SW like i do, and wap profiles and data accounts are restored). If you really deleted preinstalled pics etc., then you should be a happy man - lots of ppl is looking for the safe solution to do it

About shutdown screen: u can't change it. You can only set own greeting pic. [addsig]
