When I turn my T68i on, I have set it to always ask for the PIN.
When entering the PIN, the 1st and 2nd numbers are shown as numbers and are never hidden as '*' until I enter in the 3rd number.

Does Anyone else have this problem?
Is is this a 'SE feature'/bug, as Nokias always hide the numbers with '*"?

Your pin probably begins with 11 or 91 or another start of a international emergency number. Thats the reason. Its not a bug.

This is NOT a bug.

If there is an emergency, and you have to dial to the police, or ambulance, you do not have to worry about pin code as it is a stressfull situation.

Let's say you see somebody bleeding on the street, it's night, and you do not have a phone, but the victims phone lies there, TURNED OFF. Don't you think the victim is pretty happy someone can still use the phone to dial 911?

My pin starts with 1 so when I enter the digits, 1 is shown as a number and asterisks take it's places not until after I dial the second number. I always thought of this as a bug and only got sorted out on its REAL nature after reading this. Wow. ;-)
