AFAIK you can't - that's the reason why i got rid of Opera and stick with the internal browser.
might be worth using both browsers, one for when u surf to a site you want to capture pix from (nudge nudge) and Opera for when you need to visit sites with Frames etc. that the internal cant cope with..

The only way to do it is to save the entire page and then get the specific image from Opera's cache.
ie a total pain in the posterior
