Sorry if this has been asked before, I tried searching for a number of parameters without much help... it seems the T61C is a rare phone.

I have a T61C with the bluetooth module (DBA-10) working fine for dialup/internet connectivity but I'd like to sync my outlook contacts with my phone. I've downloaded the software from ericsson for the T68i (the t61c isn't listed for software) but the software refuses to try and connect over bluetooth even when I specifically specify the com port assigned to bluetooth DUN.
I called ericsson and they tell me the sync software only supports direct cable connections - this seems odd since the sync software actually comes with the DBA-10 bluetooth module. I'd rather not spend $40 on a cable to sync my contacts once especially when I've spent a bunch on the bluetooth module. Any advice or suggestions to make this work?

Do any retail stores carry the serial or usb cable? Some kind of national chain I can return it to after syncing once (if I can get the contacts over once I'll be happy enough). Thanks for any help. Jon

I have the same problem as drboom and in addition I'd like to know how to get MPM working with bluetooth. I know it's mentioned in other threads that it isn't possible - I just want to make sure.

It seems extremely silly that the Ericsson software that came with the DBA-10 can't be used over Bluetooth so is there something I'm missing? I'm using Widcomm BT drivers and only Dial-Up Networking is found in the services (well, that and Voice Gateway).

Any help appreciated.
