I cant sent that JAR file to my p800,it wont let me, any suggestions on how to fix this? |

u shouldnt need to send the .jar file to ur P800, just connect the phone to the cradle, and double-click the .jar icon in the P800 explorer, it should then self-install to the fone.
Btw i can't get onto the site to dld the files, it says u need to be a member of the group

yeh, you just become a member. Oh and you just put the jar file onto your p800 then run it through file manager, works a treat.. and dope wars is kool...
wait a minute, you said you cant get the file onto your p800, thats a different problem! are you sure your dragging it into your documents folder, as you can just put any file anywhere...

sorry ignore that i forgot u cant do it with .jar files, just copy it to the document folder of ur phone as daz said, and then run it using filemanager

thanks v. much, I think i was putting it in the wrong directory, and i didnt know I had to use filemanager to get to it

guys,
any of those other games work on the p800 ? i was thinking of the golf game which must be easier to control than moto racer.
also, why no sound on the game ?

The golf game does not work.... already tried it 
But DW is a happy welcome, made a highscore on ca. 2.500000 $ first time playing. Funny thing is... I have to uninstall the game each time I quit a current game, or else it wont allow me to reenter the game:( full version come soon!

I think that's a general MIDP problem. It's happened with every midlet I've tried, including a simple Hello World example I compiled. |

Hmm.. this is strange, I uninstalled everything on my phone but want to install dope wars back, now I cant seem to find any jar or jad file in the dope wars zip file on my computer..
where is the jar or jad file?? |
