Is it certain that the T610 is the replacement for the T68i? Was there any official "word" about it? Or is there a chance that SonyEcicsson will introduce something that would have better looks later this year?

you could say that any of the recent release phones have been a replacement, but the t610 is the most definate one
it's not as if the t610 has in it's description 't68i replacement' however

So there is still a chance that there will be a T680 or smth like that, right? I just don't want to buy a phone that i don't like and find out that there is a better model a couple of months later. |

hmm.. with that kind of wishes you can NEVER buy a new technical gadget of almost any kind... there is ALWAYS a better model to be released within a couple of months...
but. if you look at the features of the t610 you will see that there is basically nothing it can't do that the t68i can, only more and better features. so my guess is that it will take atleast a bit more than a couple of months (maybe 6-12 months) before SE releases another phone in this class. |

Yeah, i know technology never stops. But T610 just doesn't look good enough for me. T68 looks way better. Would be cool to have something more stylish, not a brick with buttons... |

The T610 is NOT a brick! I dont think that SE said that it was going to be T68i s but everyone else is saying so, so it must be!
