Hi everyone…

Which is better polyphonic tone or true tone??? ( I’ve read from the nokia website: http://nokia.com/nokia/0,5184,5820,00.html , that their N3300 has the new ringing tone format called the true tone, Will SE also ever come up with this true tone? What’s the difference between the two?

nokia's "true tone" means you can use your mp3 and aac collection as msg alerts or ring signals... technically it is possible for the SE p800 to do this as well... with a little programming magic of course... GET TO WORK SE PROGRAMMERS! you are the best of the best... keep up the good work.

True. The Nokia 3300 will feature true tones. You can actually make any music file as your ringtone.

This is possible to Symbian phones too. I currently use WAVE files for my ringtones.
