Yesterday I bought a P800 (Phone:R1D, Organizer: R1G05)

And I have two problems:

1) I cannot configure the email: When I want to configure it, I get an Error: Program Closed, Program: qctrlpnl, Code: USER, Number: 11

2) I cannot sync java programs with the P800 PC Suite (Ver1.3.1): I get an error

Could you help me please??

Thank you,

NetGuy2

@Ewokard

LoL you seem to reallllly love this Siemens SX1 ... i just dont see it when comparing it to the P800 at all...layout is crap, not nearly as many features as the P800...no touch screen. Why are u so passionate about this next phone thats EXACTLY like the Nokia 3650?

@puckerthis

im not completely passionate about the siemens sx1 although it does seem like a great phone. layout debatable. Im just a bit pissed off that the p800 was delayed for so long, and seeing other people waiting passionately for the phone which has been released since last year december in some countries...pisses me off even more considering all the new phones that are coming out, most of which have at least a 65k colour display. just saying...would have enjoyed the p800 if it was released back when it was supposed to....then our p800 would have at least retained its position as the best phone for a while longer. im not completely impressed with the camera on the p800 either however the p800 is a great phone for its other uses...pda. i just dont see why they didnt fix all the bugs before releasing it! also asking for a 65k colour screen wouldnt have been too much to ask considering the capabilities of the phone. Affecting battery time my ass...the battery doesnt even come close to what SE claims it should!
can ya see where im going with this?!!?

Yea i can...but me living in the USA, WE always get the last of the cool phones,,,were like 7months behind everyone else, so the wait was normal to me. If you look at the phones that JUST work for the UK and what not...they have some pretty sweet DulBand phones...but nothing i can do about it. Also, this is not just a phone like the t68i, any time they come out with a new version of the phone you can update the software and fix any bugs or whatever they have done to improve the phone. The current version of the P800 is no where near the last version/update this phone will get, and thats great! Being able to update the phone and improve on what ppl are complaing about or want makes the phone unique in many ways. And hell i could have gotten the phone when it first came out...i had the T68i about 5 months before anyone in the US even heard of it, u just have to look and pay more thats all. The only realy extra price you pay by buying at the very beginniung is that it will have nore bugs and more issues. The Siemens SX1 does look like a great phone but its not even out yet, the P800 is. The Siemens SX1 cannot compare to the P800...it just cant. The Siemens SX1 CAN however compete with the Nokia 3650 in my openion, there practicailly the same phone.
