its not an upgrade to the P800 its just differnt (at first i thought they were doing a nokia LOL)
but the main differnce is its 3G based, 65k screen and long range bluetooth 100M
and lets not forget its not supposed to replace a PDA like the P800 |

What about price and date of release of the Z1010? Is somebody wanted to could they use the phone as a normal phone e.g. without extra functionality such as video calls? With just normal functions such as standard calls, sms, mms and wap? I'm asking this becuase looking at current tariffs for 3g phones I would not be able to afford it, but I just love the look of the Z1010. |

the price about +-500€
the z1010 can't be compared whit the P800. you can't compare appels whit oranges.
the z1010 can only be compared whit other 3g phones, but there is no reason to do that, the z1010 is the best |

I'd say Motorola A920 is the best 3G phone, at least this far.
It has all the features of P800 (UIQ) and z1010 (3G) and upon that it even has GPS, I don't know about the screen though, 65k or 4k. |

Like said before chalk and cheese.
P800 is a PDA, which means it is software upgradable and can realy do anything.
The Other is one of the first video phones, can view word docs, can install java games or other programs, cant view internet with oprea and etc.... It is like a GD88 or GD87(what ever country you are in) but it is a video phone.
So my view as what I need, the P800 is better for me. |
