Hi all,
realizing that the 2 are completely different phones, different price classes and probably aimed at different consumer groups. Also realizing the software and hardware are very different I still wonder...
What are the main and interesting differences between them besides the obvious? I mean, the P800 has a touchscreen, T610 doesn't. I've learned that the T610 won't be able to show video nor use a web browser such as IE, I'm not sure if I heard that the P800 even plays MP3. But what are the differences in the screen colours and resolution? Can the T610 play more than midi, such as .wav, like P800?
What other interesting differences?

The P800 is more like a PDA, it has a complete managable os on it (if you've ever had a Psion/PocketPC/Palm, you'll know what I mean), so you can do way more things like creating a remote control for tv's, control your pc via VMC (or similar). The T610 is more like it's just a phone, the only way to expand it is using Java software, which can't even use the full capabilities of the phone, and is imho more for fun and small things (you only have 2mb max).

Anyway, that's my thought on this

Well, the T610 can propable install and run Webviewer, so you'd have a good browser right there.

Ok, but then it doesn't seem to have javascript, like Opera for the P800 has, so a lot of sites will be crippled...

(But that program very nice, especally for its size, I haven't seen it before)
