Hey guys , i got a data cable for my T300 but i cant connect it to my PC. The software simply says no T300 found. My com port is working fine since I can transfer/receive files from that port to the nokia 9110 which my dad got ... Could you guys temme what could it be ?
Also what software do you T300 users use to transfer pics, games, tones etc ... Please reply ASAP cuz im in desperate need to backup my T300 ...

I use Ericsson Phone Monitor and My Pictures programs in sync'ing my T68i. Install these and also don't forget to check which com ports are reserved and are being used by Windows XP. Go to control panel and select Phone Monitor Options after the installation.

The phone monitor programs won't do you any good using a T300 as the T300 doesn't use the same protocols.
So far I don't use any software but what's built into XP to transfer stuff to my T300. I got a USB IR port some time ago and simply activating the IR port on the phone and putting in range is enough. The PC see the "nearby computer" and I can simply drab them to the "nearby computer" icon or right click them and send to the "nearby computer."
I've actually found the Phone monitor sw to interfere with my IR port if it's installed so I removed it.

I did this to resolve my connection issue. Use send file. mobile phone monitor and My pictures.
