Having had the phone for a week, I can think of these things that should be improved
1) video capture
2)louder speaker
3)quicker pc transfer
4)more memory (nb i dont want to spend £1000 on a 1gig card which will take 2 more years to come out
5)predicitve text, it takes me ages to write the texts using all 3 methods
6)zoom camera
7)falsh camera
 recordable ringtones
9)better customization in flip open mode
10) password protect things like sms messages
11)internet with the screen tilted (landscape)
12)screen lock with flip removed
