Please help me.
I am a new owner of the p800. I am very happy with it, but.......
once and a while i have to correct the time!!!!! i am not sure whether this happens when i power it off (during a backup for instance) or if it happens with no reason. I have it for three days and already it has happened 5 or 6 times!!!!!
I hope its just that i am stupid and i have done something wrong......

You can try to shut down the time syncronisation during syncing this worked for me my phone was an hour of every time when I syncronise. |

I've been experiencing the exact same problem and I still haven't figured it out. I noticed that the time changes AFTER the screensaver fires up, tho. It can't be a syncing thing for me since the time changes even when I'm not syncing (not even on the cradle or connected to a PC). Someone mentioned about "over-the-air" time sync with your network. I know some phones got this feature. Can't find it in the P800 tho. I hope someone figures this out soon... |

I had this problem on my P800. Or actually my computer does. It's clock is constantly wrong and the P800's PC Suite updates the time according to the PC time everytime you put the P800 into the dock. You can turn this option off right clicking the P800 icon that appears in the Taskbar when the P800 is connected. I don't remember the option name, but I think it is number 4 from above.
I hope this helps! The Clock in mine works great.

In all likelyhood it's the computer that messes up your time when you put the unit in the USB cradle.
There's an option to turn this feature off.
If the computer's time is off - it will automatically cause the P800's time to be incorrect. You also have to make sure you're in the correct region on both the computer and the phone! |

Right click the P800 icon in the task bar, select properties, uncheck the 'Syncronize phone date and time with PC date and time each time the phone is connected to the PC.'
Check your PC date and time. Good luck! |
