Dust under screen on P800 |

Hiyas,
On my 3rd P800 at the moment from Orange, first one had a faulty camera and speckles of dust under screen, 2nd one was DOA (would turn on or charge) and 3rd had again speckles of dust underneath screen. Now im on my 4th P800 and im largely happy with it, as it seems to have only 2 small speckles of dust under the screen, nevertheless HUGELY annoying still for a £500 phone.
Is there anyone else with this problem and anyway i can go to a SC to get this sorted out, cos I give up with Orange, maybe they have a bad batch or is this a common thing. Maybe im just too picky!
Help!

i suggest you email SE about your phone, saying all that you said in your above post, or if you still have faith in Orange, phone customer services & ask to speak to "Customer relations department", don't speak to normal customer services as you need to take it higher.
Be friendly & have a short but complete note infront of you with your experience writen out to refer to.
Reminder; milk, sugar, crisps, post letter. |

sooner or later there will be dust under the screen no matter what. My p800 was ok, but now after 1+ month of use, there are 1-2 speckles

There must be a way to clean them. I don't know how, but since dust can enter underneath there must be a way to remove it from. Has anyone tried this? |

LOL i have 2 small speckles under my screen.. not noticeable during the day but at night they annoy me.. not much u can do.. as mentioned it will happen sooner or later.. my T68i was a killer for it and kept getting it cleaned by the SC when getting the SW upgraded.
I expect a SC will be able to clean ur P800 with relative esae if/when it gets really annoying or ur in there nayway for sw upgrade etc.
not worth sending ur phone back or even complaining about IMHO as im sure all of them will get it eventually.
infact was going to PM Cytech and ask him if he knew how easy it was to remove?! so Cytech if ur reading..
