Have had the phone for a few days now and haven't really had time to play with it to find out all the ins and outs. However, trying to send an SMS is proving a problem. I've sent the numbers on my old phone to this via infrared and saved them. However, when I try to send an SMS, the only viable people it claims to be able to send to are those contacts it has picked up from synching with Outlook.

Any ideas?

Check that the numbers you IR'd are stored in the mobile number field of the contact.

You don`t have to cut&paste, just tap the errow in front of the number and then choose Mobile(w)(h)

Even better, so I do!! Any idea why, though, all the contacts names have been copied into Outlook but the numbers haven't?
