Hi everyone this is only like my 3rd or forth post so im kinda a nubie. Im sorry if this has already been asked and answered a thousand times before...but i could REALLY use some help.

I have a T68i. I had a lot of backgrounds and ringtone etc. on my phone and it ran out of memory, it came up with the error message "memory full please delete on or more items" after that the phone menus started going funny and started leaving trails every where (i know it sounds weird), the the phone froze all together and would not respond. I switched it off hoping this would cure the problem, but when I tried to switch on the phone the faint backlight came up for a second then the phone turned itself off.

Now the phone continues to do this and will not switch on at all. BTW the phone was on just over half a battery when it.....died? Oh and when I try to charge it the red LED light comes on and stays constant but the screen does not switch on.

I have already been to the phone shop where i have brought it and they said that they did'nt know what is wrong with it and are offering me a new T68i, but i really would like to avoid that...

I would be grateful for any suggestions

Thanks in Advance!

I'll try taking it to a service point...

even though you can't switch it on it might still take the upgrade (the phone is switched off during the upgrade process)
