OK I found it at Google. Some info for those who need to modify their cellphone.

Installation Instructions for Ericsson T68 T68i Faceplate

1. With the phone turned off, remove the battery.
2. Remove the antenna cover by gently prying on the antenna cover at the top of the phone between the antenna cover and faceplate. Your fingernail would work well. After you loosen the top (as shown in picture to the left), gently lift off the antenna cover and unlatch the bottom of the antenna cover.

Remove the 2 Torx #6 screws under the antenna cover and the 2 inside the lower part of the battery compartment.
3. Once the screws have been removed, you may notice the bottom part of the faceplate is loose. Gently reach in the side of the faceplate and spread the faceplate apart. This will unlatch the tab on that side of the faceplate. The other side will come of similarly..
4. Remove the vibrator motor from the original faceplate and transfer that to the new faceplate.
5. Clean the dust of the inside of the faceplate and any dust accumulated on the screen of the phone.

Attach the keypad to the new faceplate and attach that to the phone.
6. Re-attach the screws. Please do not overtighten the screws.
7. Re-attach the antenna cover and the battery. Test phone for proper operation.

TAKE NOTE:
Esato does not endorse tampering with the phone yourself. Unauthorized unlocking are unsupported by both SonyEricsson and Esato and it will void the phone's warranty.

Just to pick you up on a point...

There is a far better way to remove the antenna cover. Make two small hooks out of a paper clip - remove the battery and then use the hooks to ease back the antenna cover latches. When both are unlatched the cover comes off easily. This method also removes any risk of damaging the exterior of your phone.

Phil.

I have one serious disagreement with that guide.

You should remove all of the T6 screws before trying to remove the front cover. This means taking out the battery, removing the two T6 screws at the bottom, removing the antenna cover, unscrewing the top two T6 screws and then popping the front cover off.
If you follow that guide you run the risk of snapping the cover or stripping the screw thread on the top two mounting holes.
