i want to be able to hold button 5 for example and it dials a certain number, like how you hold 1 for voicemail. i think i need fixed dialing but when i go to it it says "PIN2 Blocked" then it asks me for a puk2 number, ive tried many many different 4-digit pin numbers but none of them work, does anyone know where i can find this number?

Contact your operator for PUK please. Don't try by yourself anymore.
When need fast dialing access to certain numbers, one solution is saving the numbers to SIM (if you are using an Ericsson/SE phone). For example, stroe a number to SIM postion 2, then key "2" + Yes, or key "2" + "#" + Yes. | |
