Hi,

It shouldnt be impossible.
I was thinking about this ideea for some time.

The only issue that could arrise is the delay of th data packets over a GPRS network.

You never know what the future might bring.

I am currently working on a small piece of software that takes images from a webcam, converts them to grayscale and uploads them to a WAP site, allowing me to view a webcam from my T65.
The page refreshes automaticly and the image looks pretty good.

Once i get a T68 with a color screen I will push this even further.
I have unlimited WAP over GPRS at a fixed rate so I can allow large data transfers.
I did over 130Mb in the last 2 weeks.

Well ... no really.
I use some WAP stuff that has very high traffic.

Also I started developing WAP based games.

And btw ... if anyone of you has free WAP over GPRS, i can show you guys how to use to surf the Internet for free.
I guess that is how I really got to 130Mb.

A nice trick ... works on all WAP over GPRS providers nicely.

701:

I have an unlimited WAP over GPRS contract.
And yes ... i do use it to surf the Internet with Internet Explorer (I hook up my T65 with a datacable to my computer).

Actually that is what I am using at the time i wrote this post.

P.S - The webcam software is still under development ... i don't have any public releases yet.

Enjoy

I know how to use the internet connection with Wap. I have free web over gprs and with this trick i can use the free connection for Wap too. You have to go to www.Waptunnel.com. Then, you have to search for the code you must insert as the IP code in the connection settings. And it works!
