Of course we're all pissed off by Ericsson, but I don't think it's fair to blame a few kind people who care to answer their mails...
Think about it twice, before you start flooding those mail-addresses, ok?

if u do want to send an e-mail, dont send 1 complaining & being rude. just something nice like this:
Please can you tell us when the MMS upgrade for the T68 is going to be released (if it is going to)? Would there be an extra charge for the upgrade?

this adresses are from official ericsson developerszone pages and i post it here because everybody are calling to local service points with no result...one say in september the other in april and the last one yesterday  ))
a good friend of my is a SE service man here in prague and is also a T68 owner and freak like me and he knows nothing definite about relase date of R1A.I have wrote to this two adresses and my letter was very very decent,donīt worry.

I thought Ericsson were no longer supporting the handsets and that all this was now SE? So surely you should be emailing "someone@sonyericssonmobile.com" not those "@ericsson". |
