Thanks and I assure you that my buyer knows about this. She is a repeat buyer and it is my policy to disclose everything and have full transparency with all my buyers.
And, if I may add, I'm not quite sure about the accuracy of your message. I once had a buyer who had his unit checked with Smart- same thing Plan 1335- and was told that there should not be a problem when it comes to delinquency.
Whatever it is, my buyers are fully informed as I am always transparent with them.

P.S. By the way, it is NOT FREE under Plan 1335. The plan is called such because you have to pay P1,335. Check your facts again and get back to me if you wish.
P.P.S- Seems I am being challenged here. I will go the extra mile and offer a FULL REFUND to those who bought the Smart units from me (there are 3 of them out of the 28 I have sold to date). If and when your phone gets blocked, you get a full refund from me. I hope this satisfies you, Tweetymanila.

Lucky buyers you got for finding you! I've known many people who had problems when they bought their celphones that are still under contract in a network. But then nothing is impossible in Greenhills! :-D

Il not be biased here.Based on experience,under d 2 year contract wid free unit,Smart would discourage you 2 sell d unit to prevent foulups during repair and proof of ownership.But if you are under the switching/retention(impulse based-1 year)program,even if you r nt finishd wd d contract,you can sell the phone.You cd just hv an internal arangement wid ur buyer when it comes to repair since it is stil under waranty.Smart wud really ask 4 d warranty certificate n OR.

An officemate also bought a unit under smart plan, had it unlocked sa GH, used a globe sim, he was able to use it for awhile, then nablock din, i think smart reported the unit as stolen.
