When I recently purchased my t39m, a tmobile advert in the shop claimed that t39m has a speakerphone function. Anyone else seen this advert, or does anybody know for sure that this phone has/hasn't got this function? how do you activate it if it has? |

not that i know of, as an owner of the T39m, it does NOT have a speaker phone function. You can talk into it, but it doesn't have the loud speakers in it.

The R520 had speakerphone. As the T39 was a smaller version of the R520, some people probably thought it had the same functions. Think the only difference is the speaker function. |

T39 has a smaller screen, no speakerphone, no proximity sensor.
Both are great phones though, the best phones out there without color screen, by far. I used the T39 before I got my T68, and I often missed the overall build quality and the active flip.
