Was anybody able to download background from esato using T68i, T-Mobile, America? |

I have latest software on the phone and I still can not download background images form esato. Wondering if anybody with the same phone and provider in US was able to do it? |

Yup I have the same phone, the same provider, and the same problem
There're already a couple of threads talking about this problem
And someone said that maybe T-Mobile is blocking their users from downloading backgrounds but no idea why |

I had the same problem in Canada & after i signed up for a data plan it worked.

Which dataplan you signed up for? How you were able to browse to wap.esato.com at all if you did not have data plan originally?
I'm still seeing emty boxes on my T68i, I contacted TMobile as well did not get reply so far.

I was able to browse and d\\l pics before. 5mb is the plan i use now.

I had to do an awfull workaround. Which is download file to local disk. Upload it to http://www.sonyericsson.com/fun/, change to wallpaper, login to that site via WAP, download that image. What am I surprised at is that I'm able to download that message from sonyericsson website but not from esato. Which makes me think that it might have something to do with esato website rather then with phone and service provider. |

Oh man .. I guess I can do that too but It's going to be a pain
We need to find a way to resolve this .. Has anyone tried asking T-Mobile about it? I probably going to ask them about it once I have some more free time |

I already talked to them. They said that there is no limits on gateway and they are not going to deep into 1 site perfomance issues.
Again, I was successfull downloding exactly the same image from sony website but failed from esato. I'm still somehow thinks that it might be related to esato website.

noted the same problem a couple weeks ago and was surprised. same thing today. used to work. i use funny phone (palm software) to send esato images to my phone instead.

Bearing in mind that I can not pull any images even in my IE right now from esato, I woudl not be surprised that esato has issues. |

i used to have the same problem with my phone. but last sunday i was able to view the pictures with my phone and was able to download them too. i was surprised! i had given up hope that i would be able to view and download the images with my phone but a miracle happened!  |
