hi all, i just bought a T68 a few days back, all was fine till tday when after 20 mins on the phone i could no longer hear the other persons voice clearly. their voice was distorted. I tried ringing some1 else but after the about 15 mins the same thing happened. any1 have any ideas what it could b and if so where can i get it repaired (service centre etc..) Thnx in advance.

ive been there and they told me that its manufacturers fault and therefore ericsson will sort it out, i need a service centre near manchester in the UK.

Tell them they are talking crap and remind them about the "Sale of Goods Act".
If anything you've purchased in a UK shop goes wrong it is the SHOP that has to repair replace or refund.

Yeah even if it is the manufacturer's fault they should accept responsibility as well.. since they ARE selling it! They should be the one who should contact SE and NOT you. I'm never had a problem on mine tho.

They, where from you bought your phone, should take your phone and send it to a ServicePoint, and then they decides if it can be fixed or should be replaced.
You should never have to contact by yourself!
