Just saw this on P800er website, http://www.p800er.com/product.asp?id=23 . Looks like a useful thing to have if you've CF devices.

What will Sony think of next just to push sales of the memory stick duo, like the bluetooth headset advertised on the site. Anyone used one of these??

With that logic... why does anyone need any kind of adaptor?

Answer: Because many of us have equipment from different manufacturers which use incompatible (by direct means) technology.

Its surely not that hard to understand?

I agree with masseur and edX, anything that will enhance support for such a great phone makes me happy. I have a CF jacket for my HP 5450 so I will be able store information across both platforms. |

Right. I have many different devices so adapters generally make me happy. Between my P800, T68i (mp3), my 3 MP3 players, 2 digital cameras, iPAQ, laptops and desktop PCs, I use a combination of CF, Sony MS, Sony MS Duo, MMC and SD cards. Surely someone like me will have a strong need for adapters

 I'd buy it if I see it - I don't believe in pre-ordering.

 You definitely need one.

BTW, it's okay to pre-order on P800er.com because they ask for only your email to contact you once stock is available. No payment required and this is something that I like about them over Brando.
