hi

I currently have a nokia 9210i communicator,it's pretty nice na di have a 64 MB card as well plus the original 16 mb BUT it crashes a lot and the signal is not as strong as ericsson's

So i'd like to trade it in for an ericsson but without losing the advantages of being big and colorful and i am new at ericsson's

any help in good models would be appreciated

feel free to reply here or email me directly as well

thanks a lot

regards

The p800 would be your best bet since it has all the functions of your beloved 9210i with the advantage of being easier to use as well as some wonderful extras. Of course it's much smaller and lighter:-)

It does not have all the features of the 9210. First off, there is no large keyboard, and you do not have any way to edit word/excel files, only view them. There is no FAX application either.

Other than that, the P800 is an excellent pda/phone and I am very happy with mine. The size is just bearable for me personally, and it has a rock solid software platform.

I have to agree with the others. If yov are interested in ericsson (sony) than P800 is your best choice. There are many free software for its platform but I think the advantage of this P800 phone is its GPRS communication (and thats only my private opinion).

i would suggest you to have a P800.

i used to have a 9210, but, lack of gprs, handrecognition screen, bluetooth, speaker quality, i'm trying to sell it now.

and i'm sure, in a near future, it will be possible to edit word/excell files on P800, it's just a matter of software..
