@ missuk hehehe kinda yes but can turn out to be a great device seems to be the smallest and lightes seris 60 os device atm to come out but i dont know abot the keypad do

hmm bugs hate emm lol are Siemens developing any higher resolution colour phones instead of S55 and SL55? BOTH PHONES ARE 256.. DONT FANCY A BUG WEIGHING 110G NTYR.. LOL

me i will defintely get the sx1 and not the soap bar t610 or the humongous p800. only a dumbass could not type and use the keypad of the sx1.

OK, I've been looking at this phone for a while, and I really like the design. However there has always been one thing that bothers me as far as usability goes , I don't like the way the numbers are split to each side.
I know they suggest using the two thumbs when typing messages, but that seems fairly uncomfortable, so anyways, I measured the distance that a finger has to travel to key in (305) 888-FILM (3456) an then push the talk button on a T68 and on a SX1 (based on the available measurments). On the T68 the distance traveled is 14.2 cm. and on the SX1 the distance is 37.5 cm. I don't know about you guys, but to me that seems a bit annoying. |

P800 kills the sx1 i luv the sx1 but the problem with these fones is that they don't have a way to input text other than t9.
it will take u 5 min just to type in a word to search for in google man.

@ miss uk. As far as I am aware the SL55 has a 4,096 colour screen and not 256. Unfortunately I am at work at the moment and cannot access the datasheet on the www.siemensmobilelaunch.com site but on www.club-siemens.com it certainly states 4,096 colours in the specs. |

Hi I Checked 1website ages ago and it said that the SL55 had 256 colours, maybe it got it wrong! I might get a Sl55 then! :) how much are they gonnabe in GBP?

I assume it will be the same or less than the S55 since it's feature set is actually a bit lower than the S55's (besides the better screen). The lack of SL55 bluetooth will probably balance with its better screen and more compact dimensions. At a guess I would say they would be about the same price. Until it is properly released though I don't think anyone will know for sure. |
