Where can I get a discussion forum and chat rooms? |

For my coursework I have to build a website, I was wondering if you guys know any one who will host a discussion forum and/or chat room for free.
The finished website may not even be hosted but I have to at least look a the possibilities of a discussion forum etc for the higer marks and grades. |
