Recently i bought both HandySafe and HandyDay. I have the following difficulties/problems or may be i need to be enlightened.

HandySafe:

1. Should the username of the software and the name of P800 phone be the same? In my case both are same and yet when i input my password on HandySafe, it says "wrong password". Note that i downloaded from recommended link.
2. Where can i find a manual?

HandyDay:

1. I dowloaded from recommended link and installed on my P800 and it did not ask for password. Why?
2. Is there a manual for HandyDay?

All registered users of Handysafe and HandyDay, pls help. Thk u.

Strange

I didn't need a password for Handy Day or Handy Safe.

Bought & downloaded off Handango site.

you do not need a password for Handy Day at all..

for handy safe there is no user name, you set a password after you install it for the first time..

both apps are very simple to use and easy to install.. i don't understand your problem at all..

I've purchased both from Handango Via my-symbian.com

Depending on what you intend using HandySafe for, i found Smart Crypto a lot easier and more versatile to use, when i owned a Symbian phone. If you're not too demanding a user, HandySafe is a great app though. As for a manual, try the Handango site, bound to be explanatory notes there
