Got T68i to work using Serial Cable |

Eureka! I found it! I finally got my T68i to work using my generic serial cable I got from eBay. However, I can't seem to get a stable connection. Everything seems correct, but everytime I connect my T68i to my PC, it sometimes shows as being connected and sometimes shows as being not connected. Ghostly forces at work? I have not been able to come up with an answer to this. But the connection is long enough for me to transfer files between the two. Anybody having similar problems? |

have you checked that the connection is firmly in place and not loose. i don't have a serial cable but i want one, i am getting one soon

Yep, checked that. All the connections are connected tightly and firmly. I have all the necessary softwares installed. Everything is a okay to go. Like I said, sometimes I get a bad connection, sometimes I don't. God must be punishing me or something. I will most likely get myself a Bluetooth adapter for my PC to rid myself of the hassle. Too bad the T68i doesn't come with a WiFi 802.11b. That would have been cool. |
