I believe this page hasn't been updated since God knows when because the T36 was not released but later released as the T39. So I doubt it's a new communicam. |

that page is VERY old... the t36 was announced in 2000... and canned the same year and then replaced by the nice (and exactly the same?!? ) t39... i guess the cam on the page is a prototype... (or rather it must be...) "and the weight will less the 70 g" 70g for a addon cam?!? thats almost as much as the phone.... it has prototype written all over it  |

The new communicam MCA20 will come out about the same time as the new T68i. It's lense will face the opposite direction so that you can see the image on the display of the phone as a viewfinder while your aiming your cam at the scene. |

sounds good... but what is your source?!? so far i have been unable to find ANY official or semi-official info about a new cam for the ericsson phones... :/ |

I hope that isn't the new communicam, firstly it looks ugly and big and weights 70g!!!! that almost the weight of the phone!!!
The only improvements needed are to change the old one so it faces the other way, put a flash on it and put some kind of memory slot on it

i think it was just a prototype likt the T36.
MCA-20 well ericsson told me it is already availeble but only in japan and china, i havent found a website yet |

My opinion is that sonyericsson will present a lot of new accessories in the coming weeks: my guess is that an mp3 player and possibly a new camera will be introduced

About that picture... That picture has been out for about 6 months now... a prototype that has become a real product now... let´s all wait and see!
