Hi everyone, I've gone through as much of the discussion forum and searched for a solution to my problem. I was able to install the Ericsson Communications Suite R4A without any problems at home (Win XP) and sync Outlook with my T68i at home using a Belkin BlueTooth USB adapter.
However when at work (W2K) I am unable to install the softare package. It just hangs at the very first stage ...'Processing Mobile Monitor files...' and does not seem to go anywhere beyond that. I must have installed/deleted and re-tried everything almost 10 times, but no use. Would anyone have any suggestions. I want to be able to sync my phone with both PCs (work & home) so that all my contacts and calender items are synced on all three devices. I was hoping that the T68i would replace the primary function of my PDA, but I'm stumped at the very first satge.
