I've got two lines on my sim (It's an orange one) but I can't seem to find how to switch between the two!!

Have they forgotten this feature? Or is it just me?

Not possible on the P800 - have to hope they add it in a future firmware upgrade.

I have managed to switch between two lines, if you are on the phone and somebody is calling.. you just answer the second line.. it pop`s up in the display, just like on any normal cell-phone

How damn stupid is that? So that means that I am paying for a line rental which my phone won't allow me to use (A feature, may I add, that has been around for ages! - In fact my first ever phone the 6110 could support line 2 and this phone doesn't! Come on SE)

It's lucky I am only testing this phone then!

@skjalg - we're talking about LINE 2, not two simultaneous phone calls on one line - this is two phonelines on the same sim & thus same phone, at the same time. Feature of Orange UK, plus a few other networks dotted over the globe.

Same thing here.
P800 for my line
T68i for my biz line.
Feels really ridiculous walking around with 2 phones altho I love them both. I really hope they put LINE 2 support in a future firmware upgrade.

what is line2 supposed to do?

Are you basically asking to be able to select which line to dial out from?

u first have to use a sim card witch holds on 2 numbers its caled an ALS service so u can then use one for work purposes and one for ure private needs that way u can always know when the call is bizz related also by dialing u can select the line / number from witch ull be making the call ...

AFAIK Line 2 IS possible on the P800. However you need to do it through WildFire.

There is a thread about it here....
