After a 6 weeks my T39 was showing 'No Network' when there was definately network coverage. I took the phone to a service centre where they told me it could not be fixed by them and had to be sent to Sony Ericsson. After a THREE WEEK wait my NEW t39 was ready for collection. This phone has lasted for 12 HOURS before the No Network message has appeared. Am I just unlucky or is it poor build quality?

Did you get your phone replaced or did they just upgrade the software?
Im having kind of the same problems with my T68, and Im going to send it in for service/replacement!
So if they cant fix it they sure have to give you a new one, do you have your receipt left? With garantee and so?

Are you having any friends that are experiencing the same problem? Have you tried the phone with another Vodaphone SIM card?
They told me to do it, and I said I did but thats just because I want a new phone

I've swapped SIM's, reset the phone and generally tried every trick in the book, but still still No Network.
All my friends phones on the same network are OK.

Hmm strange, or itīs an Ericsson
No its a sad thing that they cut down on eveything including quality.
They cant claim anything but give you a brand new phone!! Perhaps they will try to solve it, but its to expensive having technicans doing faultfinding, its much cheeper for them to replace it with a new one!
Im getting fired from Ericsson this summer, or I am already fired but will work untill then

Thats a sad thing, you buy a rather expensive phone and doesnt be able to use it because its away at an service center for most of time.
Hopefully you can fix it without, but I doubt *sorry*
kicks ass by having alot of phones send to service
